​I am an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Psychotherapist plus Master Practitioner of NLP.

  • I have held a Private Practice in Leamington Spa since 2006.
  • Prior to this I worked for two Mental Health Charities helping people with anxiety issues as well as stress and trauma.
  • I am fully qualified, certified and registered as holding the industry recognised SQHP ( the Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice) through the GHR, one of the oldest and most respected plus well established Professional Associations in the UK.

At one time or another I have been accepted by and been a full member of many of the Professional Associations, however, in my late fifties, I realised that many of these associations had slightly different ethics and regulations.

I therefore, made a professional decision to simplify matters and select the one that I felt was best in terms of renown and respect plus traditions.

That in my mind is the GHR, one of the oldest and most well known plus highly regarded and respected Professional Associations for Clinical Hypnotherapists in the UK and recognised throughout the world.

In addition, through this simplification, I can pass on the cost savings to you as my client, benefiting you with reduced Professional Fees.


My Background To Becoming a Therapist:

Prior to becoming a Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist:​
  • I was a Secondary School Teacher plus Head of Department and also a Cross Curriculum Manager in Education for many years.
  • In addition to this I have also been a Voluntary Carer to a family member for many years assisting them through Age Related Blindness and Dementia.

Working With Charities and more:

  1. In addition, during the last sixteen years as a Therapist I have worked with charities assisting individuals with phobias, anxiety & PTSD.
  2. I have also been Assistant Chief Editor for a National Hypnotherapy magazine.
  3. I have also helped in the development of an online training course.
I understand full well the stresses and strains involved in life and this was one of the main reasons I decided to train as a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist.

A True Desire To Help and Uplift People:

Of course my therapy work is one of the most beneficial ways of directly helping people and that is why I am so passionate about it, investing vast amounts of time, money and energy into it.

Since I passed my first professional diploma as far back as 2004 with an excellent training provider, I have continued to gain more knowledge, skills and experience passing advanced qualifications in the field, to Masterclass Level, whilst running successful clinics in both Leamington Spa and in Warwick.
