All sessions are 60 minutes in duration except for Stop Smoking (see details below)
Standard Session are £70 per session
Home Visits are £90 per session
Stop Smoking Therapy (Two Session Format) for 190 inclusive
Stop Smoking is a first session treatment of 90 minutes duration which is highly successful for which one pays £190.
The second session is a Free Follow Up, lasting for one hour. (See below for further details)
Please note Douglas Clark Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy reserves the right to update professional fees as appropriate. Fees will be updated on this website and all professional fees will be agreed prior to treatment taking place.
How long will it take? (Brief Solution Focused Therapy)
Well, how long is a piece of string? To approach any client's problem constructively and appropriately it is not possible to state that therapy will be complete within a specific amount of sessions. However, what Douglas Clark can say is that his aim is to work speedily and effectively using the latest brief solution focused therapies. He does not do long drawn out therapy work.
Douglas Clark Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy aims to make the changes quickly, effectively and permanently. Most issues can be helped very quickly often within as little as three sessions. Of course some may take a little longer. Bearing in mind that a client may present with a problem that has lasted for many years, then this is still brief solution focused therapy.

Concessionary fees
If a person is on income support or is a pensioner receiving only the State Pension, or is a full time student, living independently then Douglas Clark Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy can grant a Concessionary Fee. Concessionary fees do not apply to Home Visits. Please call to discuss.
Note well we do not see Concessionary Fee paying clients at weekends.
Cancellation charges
Cancellation must be made by phone or in person. Cancellation by any other method e.g. e mail will not be accepted.
Please call Douglas Clark Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy personally if you need to cancel. Notice of cancellation must be at least 24 hours in advance. There is no problem with cancelling but please call or leave a voice mail stating who you are, your appointment time and reason for cancellation.
The full session fee will be payable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, unless of course there are extreme circumstances such as illness or accident.
