Abbey Farm Bed and Breakfast

Abbey Farm Bed and Breakfast Jenny and Malcolm run Abbey Farm B & B.  I have stayed at their wonderful Bed and Breakfast a number of times and have always found a very warm welcome as well as wonderful rooms and beautiful scenery.  Abbey Farm B & B is within easy reach of Birmingham and the NEC as well as being in good reach of National Trust properties such as Calke Abbey and Staunton Hall.  Twycross Zoo is also nearby as is the wonderful historic town of Market Bosworth.  There are a number of good restaurants in the nearby vicinity.  I would highly recommend Abbey Farm Bed and Breakfast, it is beautifully presented, has spacious accommodation catering for singles, couples and families.  Above and beyond that Jenny and Malcolm are wonderful hosts, making one feel at ease as soon as one enters their property. Transcendental Meditation UK

I am a practitioner of TM (Transcendental Meditation) and the Advanced TM Siddhi Programme.  Personally I use Self Hypnosis and TM on a daily basis for my own health and well being.  I would say that TM is a fantastic technique to learn and whole heartedly recommend it.  One can chose to learn through the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's TM  Organisation or through Colin Beckley and TM Independent.  I have trained with both organisations.  Note well I do not teach TM and do not incorporate it in any of my work.  When I work with clients I am focussed 100% on using Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR and EFT, to enable my clients to be healthy and balanced again.

However, I do feel that both TM and Reiki in which I have also trained allow me to be much more in tune with my clients and allow me to really feel their concerns and problems whilst they see me responding  from a very centred and quiet base level of physiology.

As is well known amongst Hypnotherapists the ability to take oneself into an altered state of awareness (Trance) to an excellent level equates to the ability to take the client into deeper levels of relaxation and Hypnotic Trance as effectively the Hypnotherapist is acting as a bio feedback device for the client.

Quality Books
