Cancellations waste time and money for your hard working therapist:
From time to time people are not able to keep to their appointments. If this happens then all one needs to do is to phone and cancel the appointment that was booked for you. I am sure that you like us realise that it is of considerable concern to an advanced hypnotherapist and skilled psychotherapist such as Douglas Clark when a client fails to keep an appointment and does not have the decency to phone and cancel. This wastes time which is valuable, it means another client cannot be booked in at that time and as the Consulting Rooms are booked in advance on an "As Use" basis then it also means a direct cost is incurred.
Out of common courtesy therefore cancellation must be made by phone or in person. Cancellation by any other method e.g. e mail will not be accepted. Please call personally if you need to cancel. It is acceptable to leave a Voice Mail Message if the Hypnotherapist does not answer in person.
Notice of cancellation must be at least 24 hours in advance.
The full session fee will be payable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, unless of course there are extreme circumstances such as illness or accident.
